Qi gong is what you need

Qi gong is what you’ve been looking for. It’s that activity in your day to wake up your body, make it feel refreshed and vital, all while calming your mind and nerves and making you feel at peace with the world. Yes, it is possible. No, it won’t take drugs or miracles to get you there. It does require a small amount of time, and some gentle effort on your part.

Basically, qi gong is a gentle movement exercise that combines breathing and postural movements to fill your blood up with oxygen and circulate it around your body. It also move the joints gently so that your natural lubrication can benefit all the connective tissues in your body. And it is gentle, so gentle that your mind will follow your body to happier places, and allow all that accumulated stress to just dissipate into your out breaths, replacing all that is stagnant with all that is energized yet relaxed.

Below I am putting a short, ten minute qi gong routine that you can follow along to and learn very quickly what qi gong practice can do for you. This is a great way to take a short break in your day and refresh yourself. It is at least as effective as a strong cup of coffee, and so much better for you in so many ways.
